This private site has no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation and is not a private investigator or consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services.
Nature of This Website

Links may connect readers with outside research tools, but those tools remain separate services.

Outside Websites
Links may lead to Sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, release records, legal resources, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control the destination's content, privacy practices, prices, data quality, or availability. Review the destination's own terms before using it.
No Warranties
The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that:
- Information is accurate, complete, or current.
- Access will remain uninterrupted.
- The service has no errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
- A partner search will be complete or suitable for a user's purpose.
Custody and public records change. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Culpeper Sheriff, VADOC, a court, or another agency.
Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent Virginia law permits, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.
User Indemnification
A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the user's conduct, misuse, violation of law, or breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
Original text, graphics, logos, presentation, and code belong to Culpeper County Released Inmates or its content partners unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, redistributed, modified, or republished without prior written permission, apart from uses allowed by law.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Continued access after publication means the user accepts the revised terms.
Termination of Access
Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time and without notice, including when use threatens the site, another person, or compliance with these terms.
Virginia Governing Law
Virginia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia. Government record requests may implicate Virginia FOIA §2.2-3704, but this private site is not itself a Virginia public body.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid and enforceable.
Terms Questions
Questions about these terms may be sent through the Contact Us page. Custody and records questions must go to the government office that controls the information.
